Robert Cantillo

Principal

Robert is a gifted facilitator, trainer, and organizational effectiveness consultant with 15 years of experience working in non profit organizations and multi-stakeholder partnerships. 

He holds a Masters of Science in Management from The Center for Creative Change at Antioch University Seattle, is a Prosci® certified Change Practitioner, and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network.

He has served on the Development Committee of the Northwest Regional Primary Care Association and the Board of Directors for the Environmental Justice Institute. 

A pragmatic and perpetually curious collaborator, he brings an accessible and dynamic sensibility to his work with organizations.
